Well, lots of work to get the book ready.
However, itchy feet gets me to different places.
My journey continues……
The Preselis
The Preselis can be found in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, a beautiful part of the country. The walk up to Foeldrygarn (363m) was pleasant but boggy in places.

River Usk
I stayed at a pub for this one. I haven’t done many pub stopovers since I started out last May but the food was alright and the welcome good. Olway Inn, Usk.
Take a look at my Instagram post to see the river and surroundings. Here’s some more pics to entice you for a visit.

Teifi Marshes, Cardigan
You can walk through the marshes from The Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran all the way into Cardigan itself. Such an important area with a high level of biodiversity amongst the wetlands.
